Photo Studio Coordinator - G-III Creative Group
Overview
GIII Apparel Group, the world's premier designer and manufacturer of quality leather outerwear, dresses, women's suits, sportswear and accessories, is currently seeking a Photo Studio Coordinator to join its team within the Donna Karan New York and Karl Lagerfeld Paris divisions based in New York City.
As a Photo Studio Coordinator, you will direct administrative support to the Studio Managers as well as gneral assistance to the studio. YOu are the primary administrative/operational support for the creatvie department.
Responsibilities
• Assist Studio Managers as needed with coordinating facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
• Assist Production Manager with development and production of all channels, provide timely follow up for new projects
• Data entry and process coordination, ensure accurate and consistent information
• Liaise between company teams to ensure all projects adhere to the designated timelines
• Provide general support to production team by contributing to our production team meetings, share feedback and new ideas, handle special projects as assigned, among others
• Monitor emails for urgent requests from other departments, assist as needed
• Responsible for general administrative duties, including but not limited to updating and tracking various production docs/reports
• Assist in budgeting by tracking photo studio actuals and quarterly accruals
• Manage departmental billing and processing by maintaining all photo studio invoiced and expense reports
• Maintain contact lists for photographers, assistants, stylist, etc.
• Proactively follow up with merchandise and marketing teams to ensure seasonal deliveries are being shot on time
• This is a new position and will evolve to best fit the needs of the company. In that regard, the job will include other duties as assigned

• Enthusiastic self-starter who can remain calm and effective under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Razor sharp attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible scheduling including early mornings, nights and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel) and Google Suite
