Manager – U.S. Consumer Marketing
LOCATION: Redmond, WA, USA
SUMMARY
The Manager of US Consumer Marketing will be responsible for managing, optimizing and rethinking Clarisonic’s brand presence across all of its U. S. earned & owned social channels to increase community size and elevate engagement, conversation and brand love sentiment with consumers. They will also create and drive marketing and social programs with brands within and outside of the L'Oréal Group, to elevate and promote brand partnerships and affinities across consumer audiences.
REPORTING – Reports directly to the Director of U.S. Consumer Marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creation and flawless execution of the overall owned & earned U.S. Social Media Strategy for Clarisonic, in conjunction with the overall U.S. Brand Marketing Calendar
Closely monitor and benchmark Strategy to see if it is ultimately driving an increase in Social Media followers and engagement across all of our channels.
Development of periodic reporting to understand current performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Gather content, manage and publish monthly Best Practices for internal/external reporting.
Work closely with Clarisonic Sales and Marketing (U.S. and Global) Teams + L'Oréal functional teams (Legal, CMO) to ensure cross-functional support.
Actively seek out and ideate on potential cross-brand partnerships to drive Clarisonic brand affinities across consumer audiences
Collaborate with Paid Media + CRM Clarisonic partners to build out consumer journeys and touchpoints
Lead consumer and community management for Clarisonic and act as the liaison between our Warranty center and C.com customer service team to ensure we are building and growing Clarisonic brand love with consumers.
Partner with Influencer Marketing team to promote and activate Influencer moments to provide story-telling around key events
Engage and encourage an environment that is fast moving, entrepreneurial and accountable.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
5-7 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in creating and executing a Social Media calendar and strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Pinterest, & YouTube and driving consumer engagement and community management.
Experience in Consumer Products industry preferred
Expertise with using social media and community management platforms (i.e. Spredfast, RivalIQ, Olapic, etc.)
Comfortable self-creating and producing Social content as needed; experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects of a technical nature, particularly digital campaigns.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and thru PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently.
Ability to work in a networked organization and to collaborate with various departments and teams, promoting a respectful work environment while achieving results.
