POSITION TITLE: Project Manager - Creative Services
POSITION PURPOSE:
Project manage the printing, distribution, and installation of all promotional signage, advertising campaign updates, and window propping for stores.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Promotions and Window Displays. Purchase, source and manage all promotional marketing for stores. Meet with visual/graphics team to discuss window prop concepts, suggest materials and advise the most cost-effective production. Review promotions calendars & production timelines with graphic design and visual teams to ensure all in-store deadlines are met. Review quotes and award projects. Identify and negotiate cost reduction opportunities through design changes, materials and alternate products. Provide vendors with all necessary artwork and specs needed for the project. Work with multiple vendors to guarantee the highest quality product at the best price is received. Communicate with internal partner's project status, changes, issues and resolutions. Follow up with projects to ensure a smooth and timely completion and manage on-time deliveries to all locations. Schedule installations for special window props. - Manage special light box and graphic retrofit projects. Keep track of promotional budgets to ensure all projects fall within designated budget. Manage sign kits and update marketing request forms. - Fulfill marketing orders and coordinate special graphic replacement requests. - Assist Director of Purchasing with special projects for press preview, marketing events and pop-up shops. - Create purchase orders and process invoices in a timely manner.
Project manage advertising campaign updates 4 times a year and window image updates 8 times a year. Ensure accurate images are chosen for each store for approved window and interior selections. Manage color proofing and crop guide process. Manage store replacement requests and miscellaneous image changes. Monitor tracking for shipments and follow-up with stores to confirm receipt. Coordinate installation of images for select stores.
Perform the following tasks related to store openings. Project manage barricade graphics, interior images, and marketing collateral for new and remodeled stores. Review tracking schedules to confirm dates for new/remodeled stores and ensure all projects are on time. Manage graphic selections and hiring text for barricades. Ensure new stores receive marketing sign kits and promotional signage for opening.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
