Position Summary:
The Digital Commerce/Marketing Sr. Specialist supports the Marketing team in variety of arenas, which include but are not limited to: web site enhancements; promotion setup/management; content management;
marketing calendar coordination; social channel engagement and the mobile experience. This role is responsible for managing the organic Social arena and its associated partnerships and platforms. This position
will also have responsibility for helping ensure there is a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all the Marketing channels.
A Day in the Life…
• Act as primary promotions setup liaison for the Marketing team
• Assist in the creation, layout and deployment of site content aimed at driving an enhanced customer experience, helping evolve the ‘Customer Journey’ concept
• Assist with general site Q&A
• Co-create and co-manage various asset creation and content deployment schedules
• Work with appropriate Marketing and Merchandising team members to identify and position key selling themes/products to maximize website
conversion
• Responsible for the organic Social arena with KRI and demand generation goals
• Manage external blogger/influencer relationships
• Assist with the mobile site experience, ensuring consistency with other platforms
• Act as primary contact for A/B testing and the Marketing ‘echo’ campaign platform (Monetate)
• Other projects and responsibilities as needed

Education/Experience:
• Degree with Marketing or Business emphasis or 3+ years of related Marketing and e-commerce experience in a consumer-based environment
• Experience with a website analytics package; Google Analytics, Coremetrics or Omniture
• Experience with A/B testing and site overlay platforms a plus (Monetate)
• Experience with social platforms (FB, Pinterest, Instagram) and social management tools (i.e. Curalate, Hootsuite, WordPress)
• Basic to mid-level knowledge of MS Office suite/tools
Nice to Haves:
• Knowledge of Photoshop or another image editing package
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Java/JS, CSS a plus
