Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our growing Loyalty team within the Global Digital Marketing organization and working across the Foot Locker brand portfolio. This is a high-profile initiative with senior-level visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal teams and external retail partners to develop unique rewards opportunities for members of the new loyalty program.
The ideal candidate will have strong partnership and communication skills, analytical aptitude, flexibility and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think ‘start-up’ within the organization). A passion for putting the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty/rewards programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Support partnership development and ongoing engagement for the loyalty program across various categories
• Engage with external partners to develop unique rewards experiences for our loyalty members
• Collaborate with internal teams to build rewards strategies that drive program engagement
• Build test & learn strategies to enhance the program’s value for partners
• Optimize rewards mix/inventory to drive customer loyalty
• Collaborate with partners to build campaigns that drive loyalty marketing goals.
• Perform periodic and post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies
• Work closely with marketing teams across retail brands to ensure alignment with brand equity, voice and storytelling priorities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in the customer/loyalty marketing space
• Partnership and/or client marketing experience required
• Ability to analyze and present insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with retail brands and youth/sneaker culture a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally
• Experience with Excel & PPT
• Global experience a plus
