Overview

The Creative Services Coordinator will be accountable for assisting in the creation, development and successful execution of social and digital media content across our North America divisions - Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Footaction and Six:02.
The Creative Services Coordinator will shape the direction of the visual communication to our consumers through deeply leveraging their design, video, and photography skills. He or she should possess a fundamental knowledge of digital creative, and understand the basics of the social production process to provide our social teams with continuous, breakthrough content in an agile fashion, while utilizing their creativity to tell compelling visual stories. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services but ultimately support both the brand connections and social teams.
Candidates should have a passion for the streetwear, youth and sneaker culture (and industry), and demonstrate a love of storytelling.
Responsibilities
• Work in tandem with social media managers and product teams on a daily basis to secure and organize product for all social media content and wardrobe production.
• Support the production function of content creation, including tracking and organizing product deliveries, photography and post-production of relevant digital content formats across all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
• Liaising with merchants, store managers and operations team on cross-functional content needs.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, social and e-commerce teams to support photo and video shoots.
• On-site creative support in collaboration with social media managers at branded events and photo shoots to create content for social media channels.
• Assist Senior Manager, Creative Services on corporate presentation design, identity, and templates.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree of Arts, Science, Marketing (focus or specialization in graphics and/or design is preferred).
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a must.
• A high level of skill with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator is required. Knowledge of After Effects, Premier Pro, InDesign, Bridge and Acrobat Pro is a plus.
• Proficiency and relevant experience in content creation for key social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
• Internships in photography, videography, design and social media production would be a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing/advertising/digital or social media at a brand or agency.
• Strong computer and design skills with intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Applicable experience in studio and digital photography
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills working across cross-functional teams (phone, e-mail and presentations)
