Your Role
As SEO Sr Specialist, you will pursue specific goals increasing organic traffic to Fossil website and driving conversions. It is a key role within digital marketing supporting all multiple brands under the Fossil Group and will report directly to the SEO Manager.
Activities include:
• Produce detailed reports on the natural search channel for partners and leadership on a weekly, monthly & quarterly schedule
• Conducting full website audits for all Fossil properties.
• Conducting keyword research using SEO tools to identify high-volume search terms to create opportunities to grow incremental traffic. Then benchmarking and monitoring those words into our SEO tools for all of our sites.
• Assist in writing content as necessary to support the brands
• Assisting in Posting, updating and maintaining onsite Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, SEO copy blocks through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Magento teams
• Managing BloomReach thematic pages based on keyword research and search volume trends, plus ad hoc needs; launching and maintaining “Suggested Pages” from BloomReach-curated queue
• Managing translations for all Fossil Group web properties and making sure the SEO copywriter creates content and has them properly translated.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams on SEO strategies
• Execute local and global SEO strategies
• Some understanding of html javascript and technical SEO tactics.
• Produce and present insights, analytics and recommendations to internal teams
Tools Used:
• BrightEdge, SEMRush, Bloomreach, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Magento, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Screaming Frog
Your Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or other related field is highly desired
• 2-5 years of professional SEO, content writing; marketing experience is highly desired
• Strong organizational skills and great strategic thinking is a must
• Experience with analytics platforms such as - Omniture, CoreMetrics & Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills, insightful and creating thinker with great problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
