Timberland - Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
Position Summary:
As part of Timberland's Consumer Engagement team, the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for managing the yearly and seasonal digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales in all digital channels. This person has a deep understanding of all digital marketing tactics inclusive of search, email, CRM, and can apply them across owned platforms and wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide vision and strategy for the digital marketing team in support of strategic plan.

2. Create traffic and demand-generating marketing programs through collaboration with DTC business owners, wholesale, merchandising, planning, operations, media, and analytics teams.% of Time Involved: 20%Relative Importance: 5- Very High
3. Manage the annual digital marketing budget and communication plans in support of Timberland ecommerce and wholesale ecom initiatives. % of Time Involved: 20%Relative Importance: 5- Very High
4. Build a best in class digital marketing team with holistic, innovative campaigns across CRM, search, retargeting, email, and mobile. Partner with analytics manager to optimize toward key KPIs. Create new models to measure impact and effectiveness of programs. % of Time Involved: 20%Relative Importance: 5- Very High
5. Leverage DMP, analytics, CRM to create a seamless consumer-centric model. % of Time Involved: 10%Relative Importance: 4- High
6. Analyze, understanding, and react to changing marketplace and media consumption habits. % of Time Involved: 10%Relative Importance: 4- High
7. Develop partnerships with fellow leaders within VF brands, Global Brand, Regional partners, VF Digital Lab, and external partners. % of Time Involved: 10%Relative Importance: 4- High
8. Provide support and development for digital marketing team. % of Time Involved: 10%Relative Importance: 4- High
Job Requirements:

Educational/Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• Retail/Wholesale Experience
• Footwear experience a plus
Skills
• Strong leadership and consensus building skills
• Marketing management and strategic planning experience
• Data driven decision making
• Proven digital marketing and CRM experience at a multi channel brand
• A proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Overnight domestic travel required up to 30% of time.
