MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Launched in Fall 2017, Tiffany Signature is the first creation born from the license partnership recently signed between Coty Luxury and Tiffany & Co. Showing solid results already, the brand is a key priority in Coty portfolio, and has strong strategies to support ambitious goals for the future.
To continue building Tiffany excellence in the fragrance market, we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Product Manager who will be supporting Tiffany product managers in the development of the brand global marketing plans.
The ideal candidate will be inventive, showing optimal balance of creativity and pragmatism, to recommend solutions to brand challenges and help the team deliver stronger marketing programs. Showing high sense of aesthetics and a clear taste for beauty, this person will find motivation in making things happen, understanding parameters of success, and inventing ways to meet them with great attention to details.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribution to brand development, with involvement in important part of marketing mix
• Competitive analysis and trend monitoring
• Support team in agency briefings and production of collaterals
• Creation of mood-boards and other stimuli informing brand handwriting
• Leadership of smaller projects in autonomy, with product manager coaching
• Responsibility for logistics and billing process
• Contribute to production of engaging materials to create buy-in and excitement around brand plans
COMPETENCIES
• Proven experience in project management: ability to build action plan and follow it through
• Operational discipline, notably with respect to timings and budget compliance
• Attention to details
• Natural curiosity and inventiveness
• Agility and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-player and ability to work with diverse profiles of people
• Sense of aesthetics and beauty is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
