POSITION SUMMARY:
The Creative Acceleration project is an Estee Lauder Companies-wide initiative addressing the company’s Creative function across brands and regions in the areas of organizational design, talent, process, agency relationships, and technology. The Manager, Project Management will report to and support the Executive Director, PMO and Finance, in helping to lead weekly working group meetings, manage the team’s project plan, prepare decks and presentations for review with senior leadership, and track KPIs.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Provide weekly/monthly comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with project team, and leadership on a regular basis.
•Track KPIs for Creative Acceleration against targets.
•Adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the business plan objectives and goals.
•Effectively gain ownership for business plan execution issues and ability to drive risk and issue resolution.
•Manage processes, protocols, metrics, dashboards and analyses to support evolution toward active project and program management.
•Prepare and own presentation materials in partnership with the CA team and the Global Creative Operations COE
•Support project sponsors and team members in collaborating with stakeholders across other enterprise-wide projects to identify interdependencies; proactively facilitate necessary outreach to partners to obtain research to support case.
•Outline, escalate, and manage risks, and issues.
•Responsible for coordinating and facilitating working group meetings including assisting with post-meeting actions and follow-ups.
•Maintain meeting recap notes log of all CA weekly status meetings and other key meetings.
•Manage overall coordination, including planning, estimating, and scheduling multiple tasks and developing detailed resource and project plans.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in related area required. MBA or Masters is preferred.
•5+ years of diversified global project management; experience with strategic planning, project planning and implementation, is highly preferred.
•Experience must include managing large scale, global projects and overseeing organizational design and change transformation implementation at a large scale organization.
•Must have the following project management skills: project methodologies, technical training for tracking projects in various systems, managing risk, and managing activities across portfolios.
•Must have experience partnering with senior leadership to resolve and escalate critical issues, risks, and dependencies for successful and timely completion of project.
•Very strong PowerPoint presentation and communication skills.
•Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders; solution oriented.
•Experience with Vendor Management, Performance Metrics, Microsoft Office is preferred.
