Position Overview: The Junior Account Executive will report to the Senior Account Executive and is primarily responsible for managing distributor and direct specialty business in specific territories; in addition to driving and increasing revenue in the direct sale territories. This candidate is expected to open new doors, proactively manage each account, meet and exceed sales goals, and develop innovative ways to grow the business season after season as well as administrative support, practices, and procedures. The position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish departmental goals.

• Account Management
• Drive In-season management and communication to partners: line changes, price changes, shortages, overages, swap options, and delivery delays and understand financial impacts and proposing solutions to maximize revenue
• Prepare NY/Paris market dates, market collaterals and participate in representing and/or selling the brands at tradeshows and markets

• Partnering with Customer Service and Logistics
• Ensure orders are delivering to clients on time, following up on order maintenance, any specific shipping requirements are communicated to logistics and customer service.

• Partner with Manager to execute business plans and maximize ROI: Merchandising/Promotional strategies, Planning, Operations
• Outreach to potential new business in Specialty sector. Evaluate current relationships and business to maximize business potential.

• Develop a strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of product category performance and nuances across global businesses
• Help to provide market recaps including feedback specific to territories
Key Stakeholders
Customer Service, Logistics, Merchandising, Domestic Sales
Required Skills
1. 3+ years of account management experience or similar role
2. MUST have International experience
3. Knowledge of systems application such as JOOR preferred
4. Advanced level in excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
