Support the International Marketing team on the development and global rollout of international marketing programs. The position will optimize the execution of marketing programs globally by acting as a key contact for internal and international partners on communication/information flow of various ongoing activities and key initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support in the development of International strategies to communicate the AE & Aerie brand internationally to maximize commercial impact
• Discuss ideas, conduct market research, partner with local markets, analyze previous programs and maintain competitive intelligence
• Support team in analyzing marketing initiative performance against set objectives and KPIs to develop hindsight’s resulting in key learnings and best practices
• Responsible for seasonal recap deck development
• Key contact for internal and external partners on international briefs/asset requests/approvals, help to optimize the flow of requests
• In partnership with key stakeholders develop and share briefs to creative, including product alignment and asset needs
• Act as main point of contact for international specific photo shoots
• Streamline and support the creation of global shot lists and signage packages
• Responsible for share out of seasonal design guidelines, support style guide creation and delivery of all assets and approvals
• Partner closely and integrate with US marketing/creative organization to make International top of mind and develop relevant content creation
• Build strong partnerships with International Cross functional teams and partners to optimize flow of communication, accelerate brand growth, and fuel the business
• Support in the development of international ecommerce customer journey and site optimization
• Help to refine processes to streamline workflow
• Actively participate in International coordination: deck creation, partner meetings and sharing of information
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional marketing experience
• Working knowledge of online and offline marketing tactics
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and elevate as needed
• Self-Starter with comfort in working in ambiguity and against tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, superior communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to build effective partnerships
• Ability to interact successfully with culturally diverse individuals at all levels
• Strong computer skills including PowerPoint presentations (Google docs, Microsoft Office Suite) required
• Availability for international partner calls during non-business hours
