SET THE COURSE
This position supports the creative, merchant and production teams to ensure that product photography needs are fulfilled for monthly online publishes for our ecommerce website, tommybahama.com.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
• Use Excel and TrackVia to organize, request and track products, samples and photography for each delivery/publish
• Create shot lists for each photo shoot, routing those shot lists to stakeholders and incorporating feedback
• Create and monitor the department’s master checklist for each publish
• Edit product load lists, partnering with merchant team to ensure accuracy
• Monitor the company’s product change logs, alerting merchant team, samples team, creative team and/or photo studio of products that need digital alteration or re-shooting
• Organize samples for photography shoots, review products with creative team stylists as needed for outfitting/styling/shot planning purposes, and ensure samples are packed and delivered to the studio
• Coordinate one-off re-shoots and color authoring requests to ensure they’re fulfilled
• Request vendor photography from vendors when needed
• Assist in uploading final photography assets to Scene7
• Use Scene7 to create color swatches, duplicate and rename images, and create image sets for each product
• Pull imagery from CQ web content management tool for photo studio use when needed
• Perform other similar tasks related to organizing information and/or digital assets
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
• BS/BA preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of relevant experience; apparel experience preferred
• Experience working in Adobe Scene7 preferred
• Basic Photoshop knowledge
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Experience using file sharing programs like Box.com, Dropbox, etc
