The Vendor Compliance Coordinator will assist the Vendor Compliance Analyst and Vendor Compliance Manager in the management, administration, coordination, business impact, and communication of wholesale requirements. This includes responsibility for comprehensive review of updated routing guides, chargebacks and deductions, routing requirements, and value added service requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Vendor Compliance:
• Monitor routing performance for each of the DCs and escalate any issues as needed
• Manage the day to day communication in the Vendor Compliance mailbox
• Execute review of routing guides and value added service requirements
• Provide consolidated and timely feedback of crocs’ ability to execute requirements
• Assist in the validation of non-compliance chargebacks
• Update and maintain appropriate ERP, WMS, and communication tools with applicable “requirements” communication and system VAS codes
• Administer access to all vendor portals on behalf of crocs
• Develop strong cooperative working relationships with retailers, vendors, factories, and internal business partners to create a best in class supply chain solution for our consumers, retailers, and Crocs, Inc.
• Create and maintain documentation of operational requirements for all America’s wholesale customers
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Systems and Reporting:
• Support and administer the development and maintenance of standardized compliance processes at crocs.
• Contribute to customer performance scorecards and dashboards of established metrics that help the Americas operating units focus on key performance drivers.
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
• Is a member of the Wholesale Customer Engagement Team, reporting into the Vendor Compliance Manager.
• Partner with internal and external team members to administer and execute best in class solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to interpret retail vendor guides for requirements of our business
• Positive attitude, self-directed and independent
• Knowledge of the footwear and apparel industry
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) for effective communication with internal and external partners
• Experience in the footwear industry preferred
• Proficiency with SAP, WM, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office Suite
