We are looking for an Assistant Social Media Manager who will to develop, implement, and track the Levi’s® U.S. Social marketing efforts based on Global direction and Local business priorities and objectives.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, US Consumer Marketing - Media to manage planning, development, and execution of Levi’s U.S. media brand campaigns (including social media), upholding brand standards and maintaining strong return on investment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and lead integrated media briefing for all Levi’s US Brand campaigns, supporting key marketing priorities.
• Own comprehensive social vision across priority social channels in the US, developing and overseeing implementation of cohesive programs that deliver increased awareness, engagement and quality growth of the Levi’s communities (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Partner with channels leads (Demand generation, Wholesale and additional brand partners (Sports, Collections) to create one holistic media brief for each season.
• Manage agency partner in the day to day support of media planning activity inclusive of brand social media, providing clear direction and ensuring that plans will meet the marketing plan objectives.
• Manage media budget, inclusive of PO requests and internal expense process. Oversee agency deliverables required to properly manage media budget.
• Partner with Director of Consumer Marketing on media optimization efforts, protecting highest ROI tactics.
• Partner with Director of Consumer Marketing to establish appropriate marketing KPI’s to measure program effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketplace Insights to forecast impact and timing of media spend, and identify opportunity to optimize within season, as well as hind sighting return on media investments
• Partner with Demand Generation team to plan test and learn activity within social platforms
• Lead development of advertising assets for unique regional stories, not supplied by global marketing team.
• Own strategic development, production and execution of custom media programs designed to drive brand equity. Partner with merchant leads to ensure inclusion of key product stories and newness for each season.
• Manage US Media Production and Execution Manager, overseeing development of advertising assets to support seasonal media campaigns.
• Manage US Social Asst Manager and US Community Manager, overseeing production of content calendar, execution of campaigns and all inbound communications management.
• Collaborate and liaise with internal cross-functional partners (Retail, Wholesale, Levi.com, PR, etc.) to build cohesive consumer communication and experiences to maximize media investment across channels.
• Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with key media partners to stay up to date on the latest platform innovations.
• Stay current on evolving media trends, technology and opportunities. Look for test and learn opportunities that make sense for the Levi’s brand and the seasonal marketing objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.).
• 5-8 years of advertising agency or brand management experience.
• Extremely strong communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of all media channels (TV, Cinema, Digital, Print, OOH and Social).
• Strong paid social knowledge and experience.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• History of writing creative briefs - ability to identify insights and craft briefs that effectively direct media partners.
• Proven ability to drive flawless execution (on-time, on-budget is standard).
• Having demonstrated a track record of managing multi-media initiatives.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Experience managing vendors and/or external agency partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in ambiguity and still drive forward.
• Excellent prioritization and problem solving abilities.
• Passion for music, fashion, sports and the Levi’s® brand.
