The International Designer Collections (IDC) is a group within the L’Oréal Luxe Division at L’Oréal USA. IDC has a luxurious portfolio of fragrance and beauty brands. The beauty brands consist of Giorgio Armani Beauty and Yves Saint Laurent Beauty. Our fine fragrances include Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Viktor & Rolf, Diesel, Maison Margiela, Drakkar, and Yves Saint Laurent. IDC has an exciting Coordinator opportunity available in our New York office.

Section 2: Job Summary
This position with the L’Oréal IDC Education and Retail Excellence team with an emphasis on project support, development, and general administrative duties. Coordinator should be productive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented to find success in this role. He or she will provide assistance to the Education team as well as manage ad hoc training related projects.
Section 3: Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multi-task

Close supervision required for judgment and decision making associated with this position
Section 5: Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 15lbs
Section 6: Financial Scope
Responsible for administrative tracking of the budget
Creation of Purchase Orders to finance events, signage, and promotional materials
Section 7: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with all Education team initiatives by supporting the analysis, design, and development of programs by:
◦ Establishing and managing project schedules
Overseeing and managing fulfillment/delivery of projects
Participating in copywriting projects in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Drafting and proofing of written documents/communications
Overseeing the production of learning martials including web, video, and audio
Participating in cross-functional team meetings
Conducting organizational needs assessments to identify specific training needs
• Facilitate learning events when necessary (such as instructor-led, videos, etc.)
Assist with the planning and execution of Education seminars
Support the development and delivery of content for our internal websiet. Monitor and track usage, and troubleshoot issues with L’Oréal Information Technology team.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners and global partners
Attend meetings, seminars and conferences as needed
Visit Stores as needed
