Job Summary
The Americas -eCommerce Web Analytics Manager will be responsible for managing TOMS digital key performance business metrics and value analyses. The Manager leads the business reporting and manages the day to day analysis of key performance data including sales, web analytics, merchandise and other operational analysis. Additionally, they will develop action plans and execute enhancements for all digital sales and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and be able to analyze and deliver reports in a timely manner. They will focus on data integrity across the eCommerce department to drive business growth and to reach sales goals.

Essential Responsibilities
• Lead analytics on conversion, web analysis for merchandise, online marketing, brand marketing, digital content and e-business teams
• Manage analytics vendors including eClerx (data management and dashboard reporting) and Analytics Pros (Google Analytics Premium integration and consulting)
• Lead integration of Customer Data Platform (Custora)
• Responsible for customer database management, providing insights and planning for marketing segmentation and KPI analysis (customer lifetime value, purchase frequency, etc.)
• Responsible for eCommerce Business Intelligence for SAP reporting, management, enhancements and use across department
• Execute Americas ecommerce formal and adhoc reporting and insights and communicate to key stakeholders and eCommerce Leadership
• Build business KPI dashboards and lead weekly meeting with key stakeholders from digital/D2C department, finance, marketing and planning to align cross-functional objectives
• Formal Google Web Analytics trend analysis, reporting and development
• Formal SAP merchandise and revenue trend analysis and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
• Google Analytics Premium
• Customer Value Analysis
• Business Intelligence Tools such as BI for SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Data Analysis and Summary
• eCommerce for a Direct to Consumer Retail Business
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing Suite and Tools
• Ad-hoc digital web analysis, as needed
Education & Experience
• 3-5+ years of experience leading retail and ecommerce analysis and reporting
• Self-starter with extreme interest in the wholesale/retail space
• Enjoys partnering with other key stakeholders across organization to define goals and strategy
• Teach and assist with web analytics across teams and the organization
• Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Business Intelligence for SAP
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
