E-Commerce Marketing Manager (Joe's Jeans)
Specific Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (Buying, Marketing and Creative) to gather all necessary information for ecommerce merchandise mix on a seasonal basis
• Develop a marketing and content calendar, in concert with design and digital marketing agency to meet/exceed sales plan
• Responsible for overall site content management
• Maintain navigation on website and ensure that all styles are merchandised within the correct categories, trend shops, etc.
• Complete thorough QA of all refresh, email, and special project initiatives
• Review site daily to check for accuracy and identify opportunities for on-site optimization through improved customer experience.
• Partner with Manager and work closely with Buying and Planning teams to understand seasonal business strategy and create a best in class customer experience on-site
• Monitor order shipping and inventory transfers, as well as customer returns
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting – analyze and provide reporting on sales by category, site usage, and marketing campaign performance.
• Review weekly business reports to identify opportunities optimize the site merchandising to drive performance
• Develop best in class customer service and UX protocols
• Manage third-party vendors and agencies to successfully improve the shopping experience and drive new traffic to the site
• Partner with digital agency to drive sales and customer acquisition
• Identify key business opportunities and initiate strategic enhancements/upgrades of systems. Lead implementation and project management.
• Manage product journey – from buying, to photoshoot to site presence and markdowns
◦ Work with sales team and financial planners to merchandise and buy for e- commerce store for all seasons
◦ Schedule and coordinate photoshoots, prep of product and transport of merchandise to shoot site
◦ Uploading & removing product, managing inventory and markdowns
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• 3 – 5 years experience in digital / ecommerce at apparel or luxury brand
• Must have strong operating knowledge of ecommerce platforms, ESP provider, and affiliate partners
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong understanding of Google and overall site analytics
• Strong understanding of Digital marketing and SEO
• Ability to stay on top of digital trends and industry best-practices
