Job Description
Candidate Branding and Social Media
• Defines candidate focused social media approach, process and governance
• Posts informative, inspiring and relevant content that connects to Kohl’s initiatives
• Updates and maintains content across job boards and social platforms
• Leverages contemporary trends, tools and messaging to create compelling content
• Ensures posts are accurate and aligned with Kohl’s Public Relations standards
• Measures and evaluates success of campaigns and posts and makes recommendations for adjustments to approach
Supports HR Communication Initiatives
• Ensures consistent messaging across all HR communication campaigns
• Creates and implements communication campaigns for HR initiatives
• Serves as the liaison between internal communication teams and HR business partners
• Writes communication that is clear, concise, free of errors and in appropriate tone and voice
• Connects campaigns to overall company and HR initiatives
Communication Analyst
Required
• 2+ years of experience in related field
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
• Strong verbal and written skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Experience writing, proofreading and editing communication
• Experience in social media marketing
Preferred
• Familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience using web content management systems
• Retail or social media background
