Operations Coordinator
Overview
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of operational metric reporting, managing data integrity, and assisting in the execution of successful department reporting in line with the overall strategic vision of the Sourcing Department.
Responsibilities
• Maintain vendor KPI reports, and manage schedules around delivery of these reports
• Coordinate, track, and review reporting requests from the brands to operations team
• Support Senior Operations Analyst in streamlining reports, and creating new and efficient ways of delivering reporting to the C-suite
• Support operations calendar deadlines and brand initiatives by organizing, tracking, and reviewing production and product development related business metrics as measured by seasonal calendar actualization
• Manage workload with a proactive and motivated attitude for data accuracy, to multiple, varying deadlines
Qualifications
• 3+ year experience in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and related MS Office programs
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or Related
• Experience in Consumer Goods or Supply Chain preferred
• Cursory knowledge of Global Economic trends
• Ability to work within and across cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, while maintaining the company’s “product first” environment
• Possesses proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as an understanding of, and ability to, implement operational efficiencies
• Organized, detail oriented, and flexible in order to assist on multiple projects simultaneously
• Works with a high sense of urgency and integrity, easily and quickly adapts to change, and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges
