Free People Social Media Assistant
Overview
This Social Media Assistant focuses on building a true community within our social media platforms, engaging with customers, and identifying and connecting with influencers to help convey the FP lifestyle and brand identity.
Responsibilities
• Publish across social media platforms including Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Interact with customer on all social media channels
• Develop new strategies to grow all social media channels
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to ensure alignment
• Assist in analytics reporting- weekly, monthly and project specific.
• Publish to Free People Editorial Blog
• Work as part of a team to develop larger social media campaigns
• Assist in content creation for both the @freepeople and @fpmovement accounts
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of social experience or a relevant internship
• Very strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest and other popular or emerging sites
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Passionate about fashion, media, and the Free People lifestyle
• Team player and Collaborator. Excellent communication skills.
• Photoshop experience is a plus
