Company Summer 2018 Internship Program

Interns are placed in key departments and work closely with a dedicated team who provide mentorship and support while educating them on the aspects of our business that are unique to that department. Our program is designed to provide real life business experience that enhances academic learning. We offer the opportunity to learn about our business from the inside, to network with industry executives and to gain invaluable insight through challenging projects.
The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for an IT Intern located at our Southwick, MA location. The IT(Information Technology) Intern works under moderate supervision. Works on projects as assigned by the IT Director.
Accountabilities:
• Support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers
• May participate in the development of new desktops, servers or applications; as well as research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters
• Learn and develop skills in information technology to include networking of computers
• Assist with IT projects, as well as updating user and technical documentation
• Performs such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required
Skills/Requirements
Education: In pursuit of a degree in computer science or information technology.
Skills/Aptitudes: Ability to deal with people at all organizational levels; attention to detail; good administrative, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, planning, problem solving, research, teamwork and oral and written communications skills; and an aptitude for training people are required.
