Manager, Studio Marketing & Communications – COTY, Professional Beauty

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for our Manager, Studio Marketing & Communications for Coty Professional Beauty. This role will be responsible for leading Professional category studio marketing & communication strategy to grow the Studio and deliver FY targets. This role will also develop studio marketing & communication plans and custom executions through agility, resourceful choices and innovative thinking.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual Studio marketing plan, strategies for base business and new initiatives (sell-in materials, promotions, advertising and ER – both digital and offline), based on extensive seminar, product and competitive analysis.
• Annual plan will increase Studio awareness, utilization and loyalty through uncovering and implementing unique on-equity ideas.
• Lead project kick-off and multi-functional alignment, ensuring projects deliver on Studio, brand and customer objectives.
• Deliver project updates and post-mortem analysis based on key measures.
• Lead scheduled refresh of Studio visual merchandising assets in coordination with brand teams.
• Lead Studio creative requests, manage routing with Marketing and Trade Marketing and agency partners as needed and manage all creative assets.
• Develop and manage communication plan with relevant internal and external teams, including digital and offline tools.
• Partner with multifunctional team to ensure that all programs and initiatives meet aligned objectives and targets.
• Gain approval on spend for marketing plans and promotional programs with adherence to financial targets and company processes.
• Perform ongoing business performance and market analysis including category, competitive product trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute key in-market community outreach actions that build goodwill with local vendors and enable Studio business and financial goals.
• Handle related duties and assignments as necessary.
• Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline).
• 3+ years of experience in brand management or product marketing.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient computer skills particularly MS Office.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, deal with diverse levels of personnel in a multi-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently, under general direction, and create organized work plans and output requirements timely.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and good business judgment.
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task, have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management.
• Strategic and big picture thinker with the ability to drill down to the details.
• Strong in planning, facilitation, problem analysis, decision making, and solution oriented.
• Be creative, business savvy, original, intuitive, open-minded and innovative.
• Have solid performance in work-flow structuring, monitoring, multi-tasking, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Motivate, influence and develop others.
• Strong coordination and leadership within cross-functional teams.
• Be a dependable leader with strong collaboration, sensitivity, objectivity and integrity that has a positive impact on the people around them.
