Vice President, Program Management - PVH Corp.
POSITION SUMMARY:
PVH’s Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVH’s continued transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. Our mission is to lead, listen and partner to create extraordinary value for our brands through process excellence.
We optimize Business Processes to deliver consistent core capabilities balanced with flexibility to support business value added brand and regional differences so as to help PVH improve profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and ignite growth. The Program Management function is a critical business process, providing cross-functional leadership and management of major business transformation initiatives with broad, diverse work streams (projects).
The Vice President role will focus on two key areas: building and managing the Program Management function for PVH; acting in the “Program Manager role (VP level)” for the company’s New Commercial Platform program, a major investment and change initiative around ERP for the PVH enterprise. The VP will manage a team of leaders working in “Program Director/Manager” roles across PVH which are a mix of PVH associates and consulting/contract positions.
The VP will manage and/or oversee multiple large, cross-functional Program teams and ensure the necessary processes, visibility, and governance are in place to drive successful delivery. The incumbent will build Program Management organization to meet the evolving needs of PVH’s transformation initiatives and will work closely with other members of the BPM organization to ensure alignment and adoption of global tools and processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible to deliver New Commercial Platform Program on-time, on-budget with quality, manage the PMO resources working on the program, and effectively deliver governance updates in weekly meetings and monthly steering committee.
• Accountable to deliver all on-going business transformation programs being managed by the BPM Program Management function.
• Accountable for setting the standards and guidelines for the Program Management function; putting in place the necessary tools, escalation, etc., to ensure successful delivery of business transformation programs.
• Develop a Program Management strategy based on a situational awareness of various business stakeholders and motivations; brands, regions and functions.
• Review and manage resource assignments based on project priorities. Support Program Directors/Managers with accurate estimates for project planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners to achieve a robust and sustainable governance model.
• Lead multiple resources activities across business and technical areas.
• Present senior leadership with project status updates and progresses.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, wholesale or e-commerce Company.
• Minimum of 7 years of PMO (Programs, Projects) experience with responsibility for delivering complex cross-functional initiatives and managing Teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience influencing key decision makers or senior executives in a large, cross-functional team setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a project/program management function within a fashion/beauty of consumer Products Company.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing other project/program managers.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree is preferred.
• Training in Program/Project management is preferred; on the job experience is required demonstrating Program Management skills and experience

• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications and possess excellent presentation skills.
• A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
• The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
• Experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
• Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
• Program/Project management professional with a multi-functional background, able to apply best practice concepts across varying functions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of developing and managing program processes, techniques, tools, and the ability to lead transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.
• Effectively lead large global matrixed teams and drive clear planning and execution; understands how to manage and navigate an integrated project plan.
• Ability to analyze resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems.
