What you'll do:
• Support 29Rooms Event Marketing team, specifically with ticketing and customer service needs.
• Monitor the 29Rooms Customer Service Email which includes:
◦ Responding and servicing those that email with Eventbrite support, event questions, partner/PR inquiries.
◦ Act as point person for internal groups that receive customer service questions (i.e. social, PR, etc.).
• Follow (and evolve) 29Rooms ticket protocol in terms of elevating issues, ticket policy, customer response.
• Track issues and responses within communications log.
• Participate in calls as needed or requested during the term of the project.
• Assist with event production or development as needed.
What you have:
• Experience handling communications in an event or marketing related capacity
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Excel (or like program) as well as Google and Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time paid internship until December 2018.
