Core Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between Merchandising and the Creative and Production Art Departments
• Manage and track the workflow of the line plan information from Product Line Managers, then allocate assignments and updates to Design Managers or Lead Artists
• Communicate with the Licensing Department regarding changes, updates, approvals and rejections
• Coordinates the flow of art requests and the creation of new product lines between multiple departments
• Submit creative art sample requests
• Clearly communicate goals and deadlines while maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards the team, vendors, and clients
Minimum Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience managing processes in cross-functional teams preferably in an apparel, licensing, or production art environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Enovia, FileMaker, and project management tools/programs
• Must be able to effectively manage and organize multiple projects and assignments individually or as part of a team
• Must be proactive and a strong problem solver
• Ability to prioritize/manage concurrent and competing deadlines
• Results and detailed oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to network, gain trust with co-workers, and demonstrate openness to new ideas.
