Responsibilities
This person will oversee RTW/Outerwear/Athleisure, Jewelry, Fashion Accessories, Footwear, and applicable other license categories for Outlet to strategically grow the global business.
• Create lifestyle LRP strategies (RTW/Outerwear/Athleisure, Jewelry, FA, Footwear, and applicable other license categories) and evolved based on the trends and brand direction
• Develop and manage seasonal opportunities for outlet merchandising ensuring that the global line architecture meets the commercial and creative objectives of the brand
• Assess competitive landscape to identify opportunities for future growth and commercial opportunities within the brand
• Analyze global sales, feedback and historic data to build seasonal line architecture and annual strategies
• Adit assortment during key development milestones aligning creative vision and business goals
• Astablish seasonal pricing
• Partner with design and product development to meet category margin targets
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product story across categories
• Create seasonal development calendar partnering with cross functional team; manage adherence to deadlines
• Lead development milestone meetings, including design reviews, line pricing, line architecture and category presentations
• Manage and develop direct reports
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in merchandising or equivalent experience
• 7 - 10 years in positions offering relevant experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate creative vision into commercial needs
• An understanding of global market and subsequent product needs
• Proficient in windows-based software such as excel and word must be able to utilize and master internal software systems
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to build productive relationships with employees at all levels
