Purpose:
The Senior Brand Strategy Manager will lead and drive creation of global brand strategic plans, seasonal strategies and alignment with overall company initiatives. This dynamic individual will collaborate cross functionally to create the Reebok vision.
Key Accountabilities:
• Drive Seasonal Planning process including prep and deliverables for key strategy milestones, and guard execution.
• Inspire and provoke new approaches and forward thinking among brand leadership by sharing innovative external practices and connections
• Ensure alignment with overall company strategy initiatives
• Drive identification of 2+ years new business ideas, partnership and asset opportunities
• Provide data-driven insights to drive strategic choices
• Provide Horizontal Concept strategic framework (range architecture, pricing, distribution volumes) to BU (business unit) ahead of Category Kick-Off, as well as concept road maps for multiple seasons
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
• Experience in strategic planning and business plan development including analytical skills, presentation development and process management
• Ability to translate insights into action and drive clarity and consensus around decisions
• Manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: senior leadership, global brand strategy, product marketing, communications and markets
• Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry.
• Strong written and verbal, presentation and organizational skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Master Degree / MBA a plus.
• 6+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
