Job Description

ONE Jeanswear Group, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Director of Creative Production, Multibrands Apparel. This position will work with the marketing and sales teams to produce content for a wide range of brands across various channels: Print, Digital, E-Commerce, Retail, Social and Video. Must have a great eye and strong production skills as well as possess hands on experience in fashion photo production. Also must be a team player, positive, proactive, highly organized, and a resourceful problem-solver.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Plan and execute full-scale productions like seasonal e-commerce imagery, brand campaigns and retail collateral across multiple brands simultaneously
• Manage the photography production process in support of specified creative and marketing objectives
• Work closely with the marketing team on projects to ensure vision is executed
• Bid out and negotiate best rates with photographers, models, stylists, vendors, etc.
• Expand current network of photographers, models and vendors
• Accurately plan and manage budgets
• Act as the logistical liaison within each project team, with the responsibility for scheduling and communicating all aspects of the photography/video shoot to the creative team and related departments as directed by the VP Marketing.
• Efficiently manage the day-to-day workflow of multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience producing shoots, as well as scheduling, trafficking and project management.
• Must have an understanding of the fashion retail environment and a keen understanding of the creative development and design process.
• Self-sufficient, strong conceptual thinker, and articulate.
• Able to multitask and work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously while under tight deadlines.
• Extensive photo research experience and a strong visual sensibility.
• Stong and extensive relationships with modeling agencies, photographers and studios
