Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
MARKETING STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS
• Serve overall as an Account Executive to drive effective and efficient vendor-client relationships between internal departments, global partners and external agencies.
• With Director of Marketing, develop integrated seasonal marketing calendars outlining the flow of stories and communication across the season that aligns with Omni Channel go to market strategies.
• Work with insights teams using product, consumer and marketplace research to shape strategic approach and drive commercial opportunities.
• Maintain weekly project WIP reports, and provide status updates in weekly meeting, to ensure projects are moving forward.
• Work closely with regional marketing directors and managers to share plans, strategies and information to ensure all channels are aligned and serviced.
• Coordinate Women’s and Lifestyle marketing initiatives with speed across the matrix organization, syncing efforts between content, communication, and channel.
• Work with product and commercial teams to create and prioritize shot lists for each seasonal campaign and initiative.
• Guide ordering, tracking and maintaining seasonal marketing product sample lines.
• Work closely with the cross-functional Marketing Teams (Operations, Communication, Creative Services) to ensure all Marketing Team goals are met/exceeded
• Track, analyze and make decisions on data, analytics and ROI.
• Seasonally help with the development and execution of Sales Meetings, Tradeshows and Brand Events/Communication
• Ensure all projects meet required levels of Brand guidelines, budget and quality based on the UGG brand’s objectives and procedures.
• Initiate RFP's, solicit quotes, negotiate pricing, manage budget expenditures and reporting; initiate PO's and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
INNOVATION & BEST PRACTICES
• Contribute to ongoing development, evaluation and improvement of go to market process and marketing planning.
• Drive collaboration across functions, fostering a trusting culture where people listen openly to the ideas of others, look for possibilities, ask for help when needed, and assume accountability for their contributions.
• Travel regularly to key markets to stay current on global marketing and competitor trends, and ensure brand consistency across regions and channels
• Keep abreast of best practices in branding and marketing
TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Develop, motivate, mentor and retain top talent
• Ensure team members have clear and ongoing performance feedback discussions, meaningful development plans, and clear
Education & Experience
Education/Experience:
• MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree minimum with marketing focus.
• Must have at least 8 years marketing experience, preferably in footwear, fashion or related industry, with at least 3+ years in managerial role
• Must have negotiation experience with budgets exceeding $1M
• Must have retail marketing experience in related industry
• Must have global marketing leadership experience (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
• Digital marketing knowledge necessary
• Proven, successful track record in effective marketing and team management
• Successful track record in external agency management
• Must have the ability to work effectively across all marketing disciplines

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
