Director, E-Commerce Operations
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for providing input on email marketing projects and will oversee content, merchandising and production processes to ensure integrity of the brand on our website.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Emails:
• Assist with daily email E-Commerce directions, selection of products to feature according to executives’ choices and guidance.
• Assist with pricing and promotion accuracy as well as promotional messages communicated to customers.
• Oversee all linking on email and coordinate with E-Commerce business team on special landing pages and website changes.
• Facilitate decision-making among senior management and various departments as needed by acting as a liaison.
• Assist with email database maintenance and keep track of competitors’ practices.
Content:
• Focus on reviewing homepage daily changes, ensuring all assets are accurate, and confirming that linking and messaging are up-to-date.
• Strong familiarity with products, descriptions, special pages, trends, sales and all promotions to keep the site up-to-date and relevant.
• Assist team with E-Commerce thumbnail image approval and receipt processes; maintain the E-Commerce images database.
Merchandising:
• Ensure overall merchandising of the site is aligned with various teams’ recommendations to maximize conversion and performance.
• Handle inventory and visual adjustments based on business needs and management comments.
• Provide feedback on any Merchandising changes and react to the company’s promotion cadence and changes.
Production:
• Assist the Production team in preparing the fast cadence of various Collection Launches.
Required Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Positive attitude and hardworking
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Very strong attention to detail and ability to handle last minute changes and requests
• Ability to stay organized while prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
• Must be a team player and understand the needs of the business in general and of digital commerce in particular.
• Fashion and E-Commerce background and/or knowledge preferred.
