Shoes & Accessories, Product Management Intern - CALVIN KLEIN
CALVIN KLEIN is a global lifestyle brand that exemplifies bold, progressive ideals and a seductive, and often minimal, aesthetic.The Shoes & Accessories, Product Management Intern will learn more about the communication process on product development, including execution of Time & Action calendars, communication with vendors and cross functional partners as related to the Shoes & Accessories Design team.
What to expect:
• Review time and action calendars; schedule internal design meetings/vendor appointments
• Partner with design team to review new colors, finishes, materials, trims and hardware.
• Learn how to review detail sheets, specs, color-ups and materialization cads
• Learn the importance and inventory of materials/ skins
Candidates should possess:
• Desire to learn more about operational process of high-end accessories design and/or product development
• Excellent communication skills, dare to ask questions and have a point of view
• Proactive, can-do approach
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and team-player approach
Additional Program Information:
• Candidates must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program and be eligible to work in the U.S.
• The paid internship is based out of our NY offices and is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship.
• Candidates will be expected to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and can work a maximum of 28 hours per week
• The Spring Internship session will begin Monday, January 22 and conclude Friday, April 27.
