Job Description

PacSun is looking for multiple forward thinking, retail minded, creators of culture who have an appreciation for fashion and learning. The 2018 Summer Internship Program is a 10 week opportunity beginning June 4th and ending August 10th, to explore the inner-workings of select departments such as:
Allocation/Store Planning Intern
The Allocation/Store Planning intern will be responsible for:
• Assist with creating allocation strategies to optimize inventory by store
• Recap business at the store, style, and size level; identifying risks and/or opportunities.
• Support allocation team in day to day activities as we implement new allocation technology
This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively, but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship ($11.00/hour), that's right; we're paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we're at it. We look forward to meeting you!
Requirements
Requirements:
• Recent college graduate looking for work experience
• Must be available to work full time schedule
• Passion for problem solving, analytics, and process improvement
• Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong Creative writing skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Customer-centric experience preferred
• Ability to challenge the norm; think differently
• Advanced understanding of computers and Microsoft Office applications
