Responsibilities
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...
• Responsible for the management of samples including ordering, receiving, organizing, distributing and tracking for kate spade mainline and outlet assortments
• Act as a liaison between vendors and cross-functional partners on the status of samples for each group
• Order samples through production in partnership with buying team & manage internal tracking system in Fashion GPS
• Coordinate delivery and shipping of samples to support product shoots, editorial shoots, style outs and customer service trips
• Ensure accuracy of samples, liaising with merchandising and buying to minimize the need for re-shoots
• Working with licensees to receive images shot by 3rd parties - coordinate with external retouching team to resize and rescale images to fit our site
• Field image requests from external partners, customer service callouts and international needs
• QA images and ensure accuracy in deliverables
Qualifications
The accomplished individual will possess...
• 0-1 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably at a fashion related company
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Experience with Fashion GPS is a plus
