We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a highly numerical, ambitious and innovative candidate to join a successful and growing business with a focus on building out marketing strategies for the Americas. Reporting to the US Marketing team, the successful candidate will be expected to provide analytical, tactical, and administrative support across the full spectrum of marketing functions and channels.
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Assist US-based brand marketing team to build and execute the cross channel marketing strategy for the NAP brand within the Americas across Affiliates, Advertising, Partnerships, Events and Blogger/Influencer seeding.
• Coordinate site traffic, sales and competitor reporting for all online marketing activities: Leverage a variety of reporting tools to become an expert across all NAP internal data systems and assist the team in fulfilling ad hoc information requests
• Advertising: Serve as a main contact with the external agency and HQ London team to manage deadlines, traffic creative and ensure consistent cross-market alignment across all initiatives.
• Promotions: Support on and offsite revenue-generating campaigns with a focus on supporting commercial needs of the business throughout the year. Ensure that all promotional activity is taking into account competitor activity through seasonal due diligence. Own the promotional marketing calendar for the US, communicating deadlines and launch dates with appropriate teams, updating it weekly and circulating to all relevant teams across the business. Analyze results and form recommendations for future initiatives.
• Partnerships & Events: Lead all administrative efforts from the ideation to the execution of third-party partnerships and events.
• Affiliate & Influencers: Demonstrate an interest in fashion/lifestyle bloggers and content creators to support the US Affiliate manager across all product seeding and event-focused activations with digital influencers.
• Manage preparation and execution of all weekly calls including printing relevant reports, analyzing data to be discussed and keeping minutes during the meetings
• Undertake administrative accounting tasks, such as purchase orders and manage the entire invoice process to serve as the main contact for the finance team: ensure all marketing costs are raised, paid on time, recorded and fall within budget.
• Assist with general ad hoc marketing tasks and generally alleviate marketing workload from all members of the team.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars for the Global Head of Marketing and US Head of Marketing (based in NYC); assist with booking travel, filing expenses, internal reporting, and other general personal administrative tasks.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Agency, E-commerce/Digital Marketing, Retail or Communications role (relevant internships can serve as experience)
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of numerical acumen and quantitative data analysis
• High commercial awareness for strategies that can be rolled out on a national scope
• Creative flair, positive attitude, highly motivated and a love of the luxury fashion space
• Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of retail back office systems
• Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions
• Proven ability to see a task through to the end
• Excellent work ethos, good timekeeping and a proven team player

Hours: Available to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm
