Overview
This key leadership role within the Global Marketing team is responsible for defining strategic marketing plans across a 1-3 year horizon that deliver disproportionate category growth and help deliver against corporately defined strategic growth targets. With responsibility for global Bridal category sales for Tiffany, you will need to demonstrate highly developed leadership and strategic skills with an outstanding track record of results.
Specifically,

Responsibilities
Brand Management
• Own partnering with Design and Merchandising to ensure a brand architecture, initiative and promotional plan that delivers against the Company's noble purpose and long range financial goals defined by the Executive Committee
• Own development of a global brand and initiative communication strategy. Own development of one page strategy briefs and creative briefs
• Own working with Agency or In House Creative to produce assets that meet the briefs
• Own any research around the creative and the measurement of campaign effectiveness
• Own synthesis of regional asset needs and defining a global toolbox of assets that meet the needs of the regions
• Deliver operational and process improvements that drive increased efficiency within global marketing and regional marketing teams
• Define and execute strategic best practices
• Creating digital/social plans to change how we operate in the category
Consumer Marketing and Insights
• Be able to generate rich deep consumer insights that cross geographies
• Look for patterns that may generate new business or go to market ideas
• Use global consumer data to inform global brand and creative strategy
Team Leadership
• Create and lead a multi-functional Brand Team at the Global HQ that will deliver the strategic roadmap and global marketing plans
• Create a strong network of partners with regional marketing departments around the world
Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree in relevant field, MBA preferred
• 10+ years brand leadership experience with expertise in luxury/upscale brands. Strategic planning and reporting, including facilitating ROI analytical tools and consumer insights, market research and trends analysis. Creative strategy development in Global and Regional marketing teams.
• Entrepreneurial in the modern marketing environment with significant experience in strategic campaign development working across social, digital, and traditional media.
• Enthusiasm, commitment and analytical ability to continually bring a fresh perspective to marketing plans
• Poise and professionalism to represent Tiffany with external vendors and interact with senior-level counterparts within the department, as well as PR, Sales, Merchandising and Store Planning
• Appreciation and understanding of style and design
• Management style that will motivate and inspire staff
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
