Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our digital marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, and assisting with campaign development. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating reports and analyzing campaign trends on a daily basis to help managers make strategic marketing decisions. Applicant’s should like working in a fast paced environment with can-do attitude and enjoy watching and keeping up with pro and collegiate sports.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize analytical skills to effectively gather, analyze, summarize and present data to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports that provide valuable metrics (ex: ROAS) for advertising decisions.
• Work closely with Display Manager on program development and implementation.
• Work collaboratively with extended marketing team on new projects.
• Develop ads on Display network (ex: Google Display Network).
• Ensure goals are met by managing campaign bids and budgets.
Qualifications
• B.A / B.S required
• 1+ year experience in e-marketing - Willing to consider the right candidate with strong college coursework to compensate for lack of experience.
• Must know MS Office suite, specifically Excel.
• Commitment to learn new/changing industry d evelopments and best practices in marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and a positive attitude.
• Ability to change focus easily and multitask.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
