Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain daily, weekly, monthly selling reports to support the Buyer in providing relevant information to the team. This will include close collaboration with Planning.
• Participate in Weekly Business meeting. Develop and communicate point of view.
• Enter and update Sales Orders to reflect changes to product information and delivery windows. Communicate frequently with Merchandising and Wholesale teams to ensure all changes are captured.
• Track all receipts and update delivery log. Provide regular updates to cross functional teams.
• Monitor inbound receipts and regularly update Pre-Order / New Arrival Status.
• Advise Buyer as well as Creative teams on estimate delivery dates. Track to Email Calendar and other milestones.
• Contribute to Hindsighting analysis and Market Prep
• Be point person for LA based Customer Service team, providing insight into product queries.
• Execute Style Creation for all 3rd party goods. Maintain changes for growing list of product.
• Assist with site merchandising and maintenance with a focus on Seasonal launches. Share in responsibility for product placement, homepage features, cross-sells, categorization. Responsible for monitoring relevant stock positions
Qualifications
• Computer proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Comfort level with taking on technical functions on back end of site
• Experience with Demandware preferred, but not required
• Experience with Dynamics AX preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Retail Math fundamentals
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment.
• Excellent time management / project skills
• Ability to prioritize and react to changing work demands
• Understanding of the Vince brand and appreciation for the product.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
