Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage the President’s daily schedule/calendar
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel and airline, for the President and other Executives, as needed
• Compile expense reports for President and other Executives as needed
• Request, collect and review weekly business recaps from each department head for final submission to the President
• Approve and submit office invoices to Accounts Payable for payment
• Support President and other Executives with various projects, as needed
• Provide confidential administrative support with anticipating and being proactive about the needs of the President
• Liaise with various departments including HR, Retail and Worldwide Communications to transmit company information such as directives and initiatives in a timely manner
• Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, filing, answering phone calls, updating internal contact lists and replenishing office supplies
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2 years of previous administrative work experience; preferably within the fashion industry
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Detail and solution oriented, with an eye for quality
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Language skills are a plus
