Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
• Marketing Projects - support the execution of overall marketing, advertising and promotional projects, including but not limited to: seasonal programs, in-store collateral execution, advertising and display/POS collateral. Will interact with printers, web designers, graphic designers, and agencies. Provide data, reporting and information to marketing team, including PowerPoint presentations
• Day-to-day office duties including but not limited to; copying, faxing, filing, shipping, taking meeting notes, preparing invoices and facilitating meeting coordination. Assist in the preparation of the weekly marketing communication.
• Manage marketing support tools for the sales team, vendors, partners, and press including marketing library, marketing toolkits, collateral ordering and inventory management.
• Communicates and coordinates with internal stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, international), and external partners, including project/ budget/ financial updates and preparing hindsight reports.
• Monitors best in class activities for adoption into the brand’s plan.
Education & Experience
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree minimum with marketing, advertising or graphic design focus
• Must have at least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in footwear or lifestyle industry
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in event planning and execution
• Proven success at multitasking in a fast paced environment
• Should have a positive, energetic working style
• Proven, successful track record in effective process, project, budget and team management
