Your Role
As the Vice President – Digital Customer Experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the IT portfolio of solutions within our Retail, Digital and Customer Care channels and working with business leaders to develop customer-centric engagement strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences across those channels. You will additionally oversee the portfolio of solutions for Analytics, Product, and Digital Asset Management. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and is based in our Richardson, TX office.
Your success in this role will depend heavily on genuine collaboration with business stakeholders, serving as a technical consultant for achieving the Company roadmap, as well as building open and trusted relationships with members of the IT department. We will also rely on you to provide effective guidance and leadership to your team and to work closely with and manage key vendor relationships.

Your Specific Experience:
• You are a degreed professional (Information Technology or related degree) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including experience supporting large (preferably global) retail systems such as Ecommerce, CRM, Loyalty, and Point of Sale
• You have served in a management capacity for at least 7 years, providing guidance and leadership to technical teams, both on- and off-shore
• You are a leader in your field with the ability to integrate efforts across internal teams, company leadership, and external partners
• You have strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work productively with senior leadership, technology partners, and non-technical stakeholders
• You are able to achieve goals through influence, collaboration and cooperation
