Role Description:This role sits within the US Marketing team, and reports into the VP Marketing. You will be responsible for the US operations and business management alongside assortment analysis, pricing/ promotion recommendation & analysis and competitive reporting. In addition, this role will be responsible for social media tracking & recommendations for content for the US market as well as US influencer outreach & gifting and tracking.
Responsibilities include:
Product Assortment Management
• Manage US portfolio of makeup category
Seek opportunities within categories & sub categories
Drive business on new and core franchises
Evaluate gaps and weakness to address from a product perspective
Leverage consumer insights to drive assortment recommendation
Lead pricing and promotion strategy to combat again competition, remain profitable and drive growth
Competitive Reporting
Come to the table with disruptive ideas for creating impactful launches
• Manage competitive analysis in makeup category (consumer & business
Lead marketing strategies and recommendation to remain competitive and first in market
Lead and manager consumer research for US
Social Media & Influencer
• Use data to inform content strategy across platforms; maintain content best practices while innovating/being first-to-market with new tools (organic and paid); stay ahead of trends and competitors to maintain our best-in-class social standing Ensure social content & strategy (organic and paid) drives key business objectives, including maintenance of content calendar
Support paid social efforts / lead relationship with agency
Oversee brand’s product seeding & influencer marketing
• Lead relationship with influencer marketing agency & ensure full value of partnership is leveraged across paid campaigns, gifting component, and internal use of data
Oversee production and distribution of gift boxes for key launches throughout the year in conjunction with internal and external teams
• Content Lens
◦ Bring a keen eye for content, a strong sense of consistent aesthetic, and a vision to keep our social media channels on-trend while true to brand identity
