IT Cosmetics Social Team is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented and proactive content producer with an eye for design to create social content for Global and US local social channels. From conception to completion, you will manage the process of bringing content to life, from social-first photography to graphic design and short-form videos.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Under Direction of AVP, Social Media, assist with content strategy for all social media channels
Contribute forward-thinking, social-first content ideas that help amplify IT Cosmetics among target audiences, across all social media channels
Collaborate with internal Creative Team to identify new ways to visually tell the brand story based on trends and platform authenticity
Serve as social media content creator for always-on assets across channels to support internal Creative Team campaigns
Manage database of all global visual assets for usage by global markets on local Facebook channels
Serve as social team point person for international market social asset requests, local content submission reviews and approval process for usage on Global Instagram/InstaStories
Content Creation Responsibilities
• Shoot lifestyle and in-situation product hero photography for always-on Global Instagram
Develop templates for InstaStories for Global Instagram usage by various markets to utilize
Storyboard and create InstaStories for Global Instagram from US perspective
Support Community Manager on curating UGC for usage on Global Instagram and site
Create short form video (i.e. Boomerangs and stop motion), optimized for various platforms
Design Pinterest content for opportunistic trends and retailer program support
Support Facebook Live video production, including assisting Community Manager on theme and script development
Support internal Video Team on long form video shoots, as needed
Assist with ad-hoc design projects, as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years professional experience
Experience in photography, graphic design and image editing from a social-first perspective
Expertise in PhotoShop, InDesign and Powerpoint
Beauty experience is a plus
Some video production experience a plus
Strong writing skills
In-depth knowledge/experience with all major social media platforms; experience as a community manager a plus
Strong project management skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to take direction and understand IT Cosmetics’ unique mission and social identity, but layer your own creativity and fresh content ideas
High level of organization, attention to detail and positive attitude
