E-Commerce Operations Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW
MADEWELLis seeking a E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join the Madewell team during an exciting period of digital growth. As a coordinator, you’ll report to the eCommerce Associate. You will be the day‐to‐day contact for all site publishes, content, and product attribution. You will play a key role in proofing and pushing site content, serving as the main point of contact for all troubleshooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site publishing and troubleshooting
• Become the expert in our new eCommerce platform and provide training to users. Stay on top of new releases to make sure we are leveraging the latest functionality
• Coordinate monthly publishes with internal teams and ensure all creative and product content (copy, images, pricing, etc.) are complete and accurate before launch
• Prepare and send out proofing links for business partners to review prior to launch
• Oversee all QA tasks, being responsible for the site’s overall accuracy and consistency
• Manage the JIRA flow for madewell.com to ensure issues are assigned and resolved in a timely manner
• Partner w/ corporate team on all code releases to ensure zero impact to site content
• Set up all promotions and presales by partnering closely with internal marketing, merchandising, and creative teams
• Be willing to brainstorm and find solutions for unconventional promotional, assortment, and merchandising asks
• Manage & execute hot fix requests when issues on the site occur, providing timely updates to business partners
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Very strong attention to detail
• Very strong communication skills in person, on phone, and via email with people with varying technical understanding
• Highly professional and customer‐service oriented
• Self-starting and driven with a very strong aptitude for learning new software systems and applications
• Good attitude for problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidance
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fast-changing environment
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and move seamlessly between different topics
• Experience in JIRA or other issue and project tracking software is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is a plus, but not required
