Primary Purpose
The Website Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting with user experience and the assurance of quality across our websites, smartphone and tablet mobile applications and evaluating website performance in order to provide a world-class experience to users and support the company in being a leader in the global e-commerce industry.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and monitor active A/B tests daily to ensure experience is working as expected and not impacting site performance negatively.
• Provide QA feedback for new A/B tests before and after launch
• Utilize internal and external resources to identify opportunities to improve sites and propose site enhancements
◦ Review customer emails received via sites and perform issue trend analysis
◦ Use Top Error report to identify issues impacting highest number of customers
◦ ForeSee survey data
• Review and approve higher visibility content changes for owned brand and partner websites
◦ Design/Creative/SEO – Promotions, Product launches, Mass updates
◦ Hot Market content
◦ Help Desk portal
• Conduct proactive website quality reviews on owned brand and partner websites
• Usability/User Experience - Understand and assess the expected behavior of website features and test various components of the user experience to identify opportunities
• Assist with testing of internal website/tools development
• Site Quality Reporting: Project & Issue tracking, Customer feedback reporting
• Quality assurance testing of the features and elements on websites. To include, but not limited, the following: Website promotions/offers, Shipping methods and costs, Website navigation, 301 redirects, Search experience
• Provide support for various projects as they pertain to the site experience
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
◦ F ields related to computer science, human-computer interaction or software ergonomics, marketing, cognitive psychology, information technology or graphic design.
• Excellent computer skills/knowledge
• Tactical and strategic thinking aptitudes
• Extremely detail and deadline oriented
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Solid comprehension of the expected user experience on our site
• Highly skilled in time management and ability to multi-task projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of sports; events, team and players
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS preferred

• Hands-on experience testing high-traffic, public facing, content-driven sites, specifically sites that are publishing new content on a daily basis
