We are looking for a performance driven individual who prides themselves on providing an unparalleled customer experience for existing customers and in building relationships with new customers in Made to Measure suits.
Your knowledge of the fashion industry, presence and style including product expertise within technical construction and fit will support the growth of our Made to Measure business for an iconic brand within a targeted retail New England market.
Purpose and Scope:
• Drive positive business results
• To ensure we provide exceptional quality,fit and timeliness in delivery for our garments
• Organize and attend MTM Trunk Shows, special in-store and off-store MTM
• Promotional/sales events
• Drive opportunities with our Customer Incentive Services
• Research new business opportunities with Corporations
• Provide an unparalleled Made to Measure service experience to customers
• To enhance our customer experience with programs and events that set us apart from other retailers
• Together with the MTM Manager, mentor, teach and enhance best practices with Associates throughout the Northeast
Accountabilities:
• Results oriented with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management and team orientation.
• Strong collaboration with field leadership and store teams to understandour customer needs in order to grow thebusiness.
• Identifies, evaluates and implements process improvements for thebenefit of the customer experience and operating standards andefficiencies.
• In the spirit of our value of relationships, develops and maintainseffective and valuable external relationships that benefit Brooks Brothers Made to Measurebusiness.
• Advises on innovative business and customer experience practices
Skills/Requirements
• 5+ years in sales excellence in the Made to Measure/ apparel industry driving business growth through new business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze the business
