Description
Responsible for the execution of Organization Design and Change Management programs for within the brands, regions, and functions.
• Responsible for the consistent execution of Organization Design and Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs for projects within Brands, Regions, and Functions
• Drives OD/OCM activities for initiatives/projects in partnership with the applicable HR Business partner
• Liaise and collaborates with Change leads across other business areas on the deployment and execution of OCM activities within a Function, Brand or Region
• Supports Director, OD / Change Management and OD/CM PMO with the ongoing refresh of the OD/CM Change Landscape across the company.
• Supports Director, OD / CM to assess and propose Brand OD/OCM resourcing options for Business Areas
• Works with Business Area to assess and align on OD/OCM risk based on existing initiatives and current OD/OCM support levels
• Escalates Project/Initiative Change and OD Risk and Issues (as well as proposed mitigations) to Director, OD / CM
• Leverages Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) OD/OCM Methodology and tools/templates, in execution of all OD/OCM initiatives
• Leverages ELC OD/OCM effort and resource estimator and as necessary works with enterprise-wide OD/OCM CoE to validate
• Partners with Talent and L&D to build Brand OD/OCM capability as defined, including development and execution of OD/OCM “Training” Sessions
• Facilitates Change and OD Workshops and Training sessions as necessary to develop organizational capability in OD/OCM
• Active participation, ownership, and contribution of content and dialogue to the global OD/OCM Community of Practice,

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 years experience
• Travel up to 10% of the time
