JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Manager reports to the Director of PR and Entertainment and is responsible for how the image of the brand is portrayed within all media outlets and all brand credits and communications across all product categories while creating & executing a public relations strategy for the Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• LEAD STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION FOR ALL PRODUCT AND BRAND-LED INITIATIVES
• LEAD DEVELOPMENT OF PRESS STRATEGY AND TIMELINES SURROUNDING PRODUCT COLLABORATIONS, EVENTS, PARTNERSHIPS AND STORE OPENINGS IN AN EFFORT TO BUILD AWARENESS, DRIVE TRAFFIC AND GROW BUSINESS
• LIAISE WITH LONDON CORPORATE TEAMS TO ENSURE ALL KEY GLOBAL PRODUCT AND BRAND FOCUSES ARE EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY COMMUNICATED WITHIN THE AMERICAS, RESULTING IN ELEVATING AWARENESS THROUGH EDITORIAL COVERAGE
• ELEVATE OUR ACCESSORIES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TARGETED EDITORIAL STRATEGIES FOR KEY FOCUSES
• WRITE EDITORIAL PROPOSALS, PLANS AND AMERICAS PRESS RELEASES
• SUPPORT PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF FASHION SHOWS AND SEASONAL PRESS DAYS
• REPRESENT BRAND IN SOCIAL AND CULTURAL SETTINGS
• IDENTIFY, BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH AMERICAS BASED INFLUENCERS ACROSS ALL AREAS OF CULTURE AND INTEGRATE THEM INTO BRAND STRATEGIES
• PARTNER CLOSELY WITH VIP TEAM AND LEAD VIP PRESS SUPPORT
• LEAD REGIONAL PRESS INITATIVES ALIGNING WITH GLOBAL AND LOCAL STRATEGIES INCLUSIVE OF KEY PRODUCT INITIATIVES, EVENT SUPPORT
• LEAD NATIONAL AND REGIONAL PITCHING FOR PRODUCT-BASED INITIATIVES SURROUNDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND GIFTING PERIODS
• PRIMARY LIAISON BETWEEN PR TEAM AND INTERNAL RETAIL, WHOLESALE, STORES AND PLANNING TEAMS
• MANAGE ANNUAL PR BUDGET (MONTHLY REVIEWS AND REPORTS)
• OVERSEE ALL EDITORIAL SAMPLING AND SHOWROOM MANAGEMENT THROUGH OVERSIGHT OF PR COORDINATOR AND SAMPLES ASSISTANT
