Your Role
We’re looking for a sharp and energetic Media Coordinator to support the integrated media strategy and execution for Fossil Group’s Owned Brands. The right candidate will be a passionate self-starter who loves to brainstorm, test new ideas and execute advertising campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support media and paid social media strategists across all Fossil owned brands through:
◦ Collection of all seasonal campaign assets, ensuring all assets are named properly
◦ Holistic campaign planning and execution
◦ Join supervisor on monthly calls with regional teams to understand campaign planning, execution and analysis
◦ Information collection for seasonal briefing and agency RFPs
• Own seasonal competitive analysis
• Own and submit all necessary Workfront jobs
• Own development and execution of all Omniture/ Coremetrics/ Google Analytics organic link tags for all media and paid social media channels
• Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional departments including CRM, search, ecomm, organic social media, analytics, brand marketing, and IT as well as external vendors and agencies
• Serve as media and paid social media lead for Craft Brands:
◦ Attend (as-appropriate) weekly meetings with brand teams, etc.
◦ Develop recommendations for programs/ opportunities with supervisor
• Serve as point of contact to update seasonal toolkits and annual standards guides/ best practices for media and paid social media
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proactive mindset to identify "low hanging" opportunities for analysis and testing that increase conversion or drive new, incremental revenue
• Facilitate, promote, support the adoption of test-and-learn culture
• Perform data quality audits and identify data collection issues/ gaps and report to analytics team
Your Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1+ years of media or social media experience
• Highly-motivated, self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
• Ability to prioritize projects and collaborate with other team members is a must
• Strong organizational skills and digital-first thinking is a must
• A desire to pursue social media and/ or media advertising as a career
