Wholesale Marketing Manager: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs for our wholesale accounts within the filed. This includes overseeing the Field team of Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure the strategy is being appropriately executed in the relative territories across the US.
How You Will Make a Difference:
• Develop and implement and measure account specific marketing programs
◦ Field Marketing Strategy
◦ Seasonal Marketing plans for AS
• Cross functional – key partners, NORA Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Creative Services, Tradeshow Lead
◦ Support Sales during pre-lines and sell-in
• Managing AS Budgets
• External business acumen - Consumer landscape knowledge, competition
• Identify opportunities for brand and product activations within action sports channel
• Align with GTM milestones
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-8 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience working in the action sports industry
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
• Travel by air and overnight, as required 20%.
• Lifting and/or bending 50-75 pounds/weight.
